Holy Child Institute is a girls' higher secondary school[1] situated in Abhedananda Road, Beadon Street, Kolkata[2] is a Roman Catholic secondary school[3] affiliated to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. Established on 1 January 1956, the school is administered by the Sisters of Charity of Calcutta Province.

Martyr's Day, Independence Day, Rabindra Jayanti, May Day, Birth day of Mother Mary the Patroness of the school (Holy Child) are celebrated jointly by students and teachers with due dignity. Also various educational tours are organized every year.
