Hiṭia (ࡄࡉࡈࡉࡀ), alternatively known as Kanun (ࡊࡀࡍࡅࡍ),[1] is the eleventh month of the Mandaean calendar.[2] The first day of the month is Dehwa Daimana, the birthday of John the Baptist.[3]

It is the Mandaic name for the constellation Sagittarius.[2] It currently corresponds to May / June in the Gregorian calendar due to a lack of a leap year in the Mandaean calendar.
