Hieronymiella Explained

Hieronymiella is a genus of flowering plants in the Amaryllis family. It is native to Bolivia and north-western Argentina.[1] [2] [3]

Description

The flowers have an elongate, funnel shaped perigone.

Taxonomy

It was first published by Ferdinand Albin Pax (1858-1942) in 1889[4] [5] and is named in honour of Georg Hans Emmo Wolfgang Hieronymus (1846 - 1921).[6]
