Herman Humwa (8 November 1995) is a Kenyan rugby sevens player who represents Kenya internationally.^[1]

Humwa made his Olympic debut representing Kenya at the 2020 Summer Olympics.^{[2] [3]} He also competed for Kenya at the 2022 Rugby World Cup Sevens in Cape Town.^{[4] [5]}

He represented Kenya at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.^{[6] [7]}
