Herly Enrique Alcázar Vélez (born 30 October 1976) is a former Colombian footballer who played as a striker.
Alcazar played for several clubs in South America and also Chiapas in the Mexican Primera Division.
In Peru, he played for Cienciano, Sporting Cristal and Universidad San Martín.[1] [2]
In Chile, he played for both Universidad de Chile and O'Higgins.[3]
His last club was Uniautónoma in the Colombian second level.[3]
