Victor Henry Perales Vargas (30 March 1947 – 23 July 2021) was a Peruvian footballer who played as an attacking midfielder.[3]
Perales began his soccer career at Defensor Arica in 1967 and played for them until 1970. In the penultimate season he was with them, he was loaned to Centro Iqueño where he became the team's top scorer and one of the revelations of the tournament. In 1973 he moved to the CNI and played there until 1977, where he was hired by Alianza Lima to play in the Copa Libertadores.
Palhinha represented the Peru national team three times during its peak era from 1976 to 1977, including in a pre-list for the 1975 Copa América.[4]
Perales died on 23 July 2021, at the age of 74.
