The twenty-third season of the American competitive reality television series Hell's Kitchen (subtitled as Hell's Kitchen: Head Chefs Only) premiered on Fox on September 26, 2024. Gordon Ramsay returned as host and head chef, while season 11-14 sous-chef James Avery returned as the Blue Team's sous-chef, replacing Jason Santos, and season 14 third-place finisher and season 17 winner Michelle Tribble returned as the Red Team's sous-chef, replacing Christina Wilson. Marino Monferrato returned as maître d'. This is the first season to take place on the East Coast, with all episodes filmed at the Hell's Kitchen Restaurant at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Ledyard, Connecticut which will also serve as the prize location for the winner of this season. This season will air the 350th episode of the series.[1]

Production

On March 26, 2024, it was announced that Hell's Kitchen was renewed for a twenty-third and twenty-fourth season, with the twenty-third season, subtitled Head Chefs Only, premiering on September 26, 2024.[2] [3]
