Helen Hogarth (née Golden; born 16 May 1953) is a British sprinter.

She won 9 Scottish championships in the 100 and 200m

Helen was a European Junior Champion in the 200m in 1970.

She was twice AAA’s 200m champion, 1973 and 1975.

She competed for Scotland in the 1970, 1974 and 1978 Commonwealth Games.

She competed in the women's 200 metres at the 1976 Montreal Summer Olympics.[2]
