Haunt Season is a 2024 horror film directed by Jake Jarvi. It had an limited theatrical release for Epic Pictures[1] on October 4, 2024, followed by a digital release on October 8.

Premise

In the middle of a Halloween attraction, a masked killer begins killing cast members.

Reception

In her review on Collider, Emma Kiely rated it 5/10 saying that is "an unscary but oddly affecting haunted house horror movie."[2] On CBR, Katie Doll rated it 6/10 saying that "the movie works best as a drama, not a slasher."[3]

On Chicago Reader, Andrea Thompson said that "If the drama and the derangement don’t quite mesh, it’s still a surprisingly affecting love letter to the [Halloween] season and those who live for it."[4]
