Hanus is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Płaska, within Augustów County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus.[1] It lies approximately 11km (07miles) south-east of Płaska, 250NaN0 east of Augustów, and 800NaN0 north of the regional capital Białystok.
