Hants East is a provincial electoral district in Nova Scotia, Canada, that elects one member of the Nova Scotia House of Assembly.
Its Member of the Legislative Assembly since 2021 has been John A. MacDonald of the Progressive Conservative Party.
The district has existed since 1949. Earlier, it and Hants West were together in Hants.
The land area of Hants East is 1653km2.[1]
