Hanna Vitalyevna Prakatsen (pronounced as /ru/; Russian: Анна Витальевна Пракатень|Anna Vitalyevna Prakaten|ˈanːə ˈprakətʲɪnʲ; born 6 September 1992) is a Belarusian-born Russian rower. She competed in the 2020 Summer Olympics.[1] Since 2023, she has represented Uzbekistan as Anna Prakaten.[2] [3]
