Haixing County is a county of southeastern Hebei province, China, bordering Shandong to the southeast. It is administered by Cangzhou City, and,, had a population of 220,000 residing in an area of 836km2. Both G18 Rongcheng–Wuhai Expressway and G25 Changchun–Shenzhen Expressway pass through the county.
