Al Habtoor City (Arabic: الحبتور سيتي) is a multi-use development in Business Bay, Dubai, consisting of three hotels (rebranded in April 2024 to Al Habtoor Palace, V Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton and Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City)[1] [2] and three high-rise residential towers commissioned by the Al Habtoor Group in 2012.[3] [4]
The residential three luxurious towers – Nora, Amna and Meera, include two 73-storey residential buildings and a third 52-storey tower with more than 1,400[5] apartment units, alongside 12 penthouses.[6] [7] Within the Leisure Collection, Al Habtoor City will also feature a 1300-seat permanent water-themed show by Franco Dragone called La Perle, a tennis academy and clubhouse, one of which is air-conditioned,[8] and a car park with a capacity of 5000 cars.[9] [10] In 2024 an elevated aluminum heliport was installed on top of the tennis academy.
The Al Habtoor Group has announced the development of Al Habtoor Tower in May 2023,[11] [12] [13] poised to become one of the Dubai’s largest residential skyscraper at Al Habtoor City. Situated along Sheikh Zayed Road and overlooking the Dubai Water Canal and Burj Khalifa, the tower promises luxurious living with a sustainable edge.[14] Featuring 1,701 keys across 81 floors, it aims to redefine urban living standards. Leveraging innovative construction techniques and materials, such as the Deep Piling Foundation system and 600 MPa steel, the project prioritizes efficiency and environmental responsibility. Pursuing LEED Platinum Certification underscores the commitment to sustainable development and global standards.
