Gymnodactylus Explained

Gymnodactylus is a genus of Brazilian geckos, commonly known as naked-toed geckos, in the family Phyllodactylidae.

Nota bene

A binomial authority in parentheses indicates that the species was originally described in a genus other than Gymnodactylus.
