Guillaume Gevart (born February 12, 1997) is a French producer and director. He won an honorable mention at SWIFF 2023 for his film The Venus Chained.[1]
In 2019 he directed the film Yearning Rose.[2] In 2021 he produced the film La légende de Thierry Mauvignier,[3] [4] and in 2023 he directed the documentary The Venus Chained[5] distributed on Prime Video, which received an honorable mention at SWIFF 2023[6] [7] [8] He was selected for the Documentary Festival on Justice for his film Anne Bouillon: Justice for women !, about the lawyer Anne Bouillon. He directed Gevart in 2024,[9] "a film delicately representing a tutelary figure of a doctor" according to Bande à part.[10]
Born to a doctor father, he is part of the Juchault family.[11]
