Gryżyna is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bytnica, within Krosno Odrzańskie County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9km (06miles) north-east of Bytnica, 210NaN0 north-east of Krosno Odrzańskie, 310NaN0 north-west of Zielona Góra, and 620NaN0 south of Gorzów Wielkopolski.

The village gives its name to the protected area called Gryżyna Landscape Park.
