Griffith Airport is an airport serving Griffith, New South Wales, Australia. It is located 3NM north of Griffith and operated by the Griffith City Council.

Facilities

The airport is at an elevation of 439feet above sea level. It has two runways: 06/24 with an asphalt surface measuring 1704x and 18/36 with a clay surface measuring 600x.

Airlines and destinations

Sharp Airlines formerly ran services to Melbourne, which ceased in March 2022.[1] The route was also previously operated by Rex Airlines, which ceased in July 2012.[2] In May 2024 The Rex Regional express will start Fly to Melbourne airport from Griffith airport.

Statistics

Griffith Airport was ranked 45th in Australia for the number of revenue passengers served in calendar year 2018.[3]
