Graniczna is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Chojna, within Gryfino County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland, close to the German border.[1] It lies approximately 4km (02miles) north of Chojna, 290NaN0 south of Gryfino, and 480NaN0 south of the regional capital Szczecin.
