Gowri is an 2024 Indian Tamil-language Mythology television series starring Sujitha in a leading cameo appearance,[1] followed by Samyuktha, Nandini and Naresh Eswar in lead roles.
It airs on Kalaignar TV from 22 January 2024 on Monday to Saturday. [2] and is also presented on Kalaignar TV's YouTube channel.[3] The show replaced Ponni C/O Rani.

Development
After the drama Kannedhirey Thondrinal, Rambo Visual Works decide to produce a Mythology series 'Gowri'. It was the second serial production on Kalaignar TV of Rambo Visual Works. [5] The first promo was released on 2 January 2024.
Casting
Actress Sujitha[6] [7] [8] was cast as goddess Karumariamman and on May 2024 was cast as Karpagambal in cameo appearances.[9] Nandini was cast in the female lead role of Durga. Naresh Eswar plays the male lead alongside her.[10] Baby Samyuktha was cast as Gowri is young version of Goddess Amman, after her notable performances in Kanne Kalaimaane.
