Gouy (in French pronounced as /ɡwi/) is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.
A farming village situated by the banks of the river Seine, some 6miles southeast of the centre of Rouen, at the junction of the D6015 and the D91 roads.
