Since 1999 the paper has been owned by Norrköpings Tidningar Media AB.[3] The publisher is Gotlands Förenade Tidningstryckerier.[4] The paper is published in tabloid format.[5] It has a conservative political stance.[6]
In 2002 Gotlands Allehanda sold 10,800 copies.[7] The circulation of the paper was 9,200 in 2010.[3]
