The Gorokhovo culture (6th-3rd century BCE) was a Saka culture on the eastern side of the Ural mountains. It is similar to, but different from, the neighbouring Sargat culture.[1] [2]
The culture had fortified settlements, probably aimed at protecting the metallurgical ressources of the Urals.
