Gomphrena sonorae explained

Gomphrena sonorae, the Sonoran globe amaranth, is an herbaceous perennial plant in the amaranth family (Amaranthaceae) found in the Sonoran Desert.^[1] When dried, the translucent flowers are used to add accent to dry flower arrangements.^[1]
