Gmina Twardogóra is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Oleśnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Twardogóra, which lies approximately 20km (10miles) north of Oleśnica, and 40km (30miles) north-east of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of 167.99km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 13,008. It is part of the larger Wrocław metropolitan area.
