Gmina Torzym is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Sulęcin County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the town of Torzym, which lies approximately 16km (10miles) south of Sulęcin, 490NaN0 south of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and 510NaN0 north-west of Zielona Góra.

The gmina covers an area of 374.87km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 6,820.
