Gmina Tomice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Wadowice County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Tomice, which lies approximately 3km (02miles) north-west of Wadowice and 370NaN0 south-west of the regional capital Kraków.

The gmina covers an area of 41.73km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 7,232.
