Gmina Sztutowo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Nowy Dwór Gdański County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.

The seat of gmina is Sztutowo, which lies approximately 13km (08miles) north of Nowy Dwór Gdański and 360NaN0 east of the regional capital Gdańsk.

The gmina covers an area of 107.49km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,517.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Vistula Spit Landscape Park.
