Gmina Szlichtyngowa is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Wschowa County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the town of Szlichtyngowa, which lies approximately 10km (10miles) south of Wschowa and 570NaN0 south-east of Zielona Góra.

The gmina covers an area of 99.74km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 5,053.
