Gmina Stupsk is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Mława County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Stupsk, which lies approximately 11km (07miles) south-east of Mława and 980NaN0 north of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 118.04km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,037 (4,996 in 2013).
