Gmina Stubno is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Przemyśl County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland, on the border with Ukraine. Its seat is the village of Stubno, which lies approximately 20km (10miles) north-east of Przemyśl and 710NaN0 east of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of 89.12km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,959 (4,020 in 2013).
