Gmina Stary Dzików is a rural administrative district in Lubaczów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Stary Dzików, which lies approximately 17km (11miles) north-west of Lubaczów and 710NaN0 east of the regional capital Rzeszów.

This administrative district covers an area of 155.77km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,588 (4,352 in 2013).
