Gmina Siemiątkowo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Żuromin County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Siemiątkowo, which lies approximately 23km (14miles) south-east of Żuromin and 990NaN0 north-west of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 112.07km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,567.
