Gmina Sadowne is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Węgrów County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Sadowne, which lies approximately 30km (20miles) north of Węgrów and 760NaN0 north-east of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 144.72km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,270 (6,066 in 2013).
