Gmina Radowo Małe is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Łobez County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Radowo Małe, which lies approximately 12km (07miles) west of Łobez and 630NaN0 north-east of the regional capital Szczecin.

The gmina covers an area of 180.4km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,760.
