Gmina Rabka-Zdrój is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Nowy Targ County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the town of Rabka-Zdrój, which lies approximately 18km (11miles) north of Nowy Targ and 500NaN0 south of the regional capital Kraków.

The gmina covers an area of 69.02km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 17,190 (out of which the population of Rabka-Zdrój amounts to 13,031, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 4,159).
