Gmina Praszka is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Olesno County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Praszka, which lies approximately 20km (10miles) north of Olesno and 560NaN0 north-east of the regional capital Opole.

The gmina covers an area of 102.8km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 13,537.
