Gmina Pęczniew is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Poddębice County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Pęczniew, which lies approximately 20km (10miles) south-west of Poddębice and 510NaN0 west of the regional capital Łódź.
The gmina covers an area of 128.38km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,672.
