Gmina Opinogóra Górna is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ciechanów County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Opinogóra Górna, which lies approximately 7km (04miles) north-east of Ciechanów and 790NaN0 north of Warsaw.
The gmina covers an area of 139.76km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,980 (5,982 in 2013).
