Gmina Oleszyce is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Lubaczów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the town of Oleszyce, which lies approximately 7km (04miles) west of Lubaczów and 750NaN0 east of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of 151.82km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,562 (out of which the population of Oleszyce amounts to 3,168, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 3,394).
