Gmina Odolanów is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Ostrów Wielkopolski County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Odolanów, which lies approximately 10km (10miles) south of Ostrów Wielkopolski and 1060NaN0 south-east of the regional capital Poznań.

The gmina covers an area of 136.03km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 13,867 (out of which the population of Odolanów amounts to 4,960, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 8,907).

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Barycz Valley Landscape Park.
