Gmina Nieborów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Łowicz County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Nieborów, which lies approximately 14km (09miles) east of Łowicz and 600NaN0 north-east of the regional capital Łódź.

The gmina covers an area of 103.29km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 9,536.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Bolimów Landscape Park.
