Gmina Nadarzyn is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Pruszków County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Nadarzyn, which lies approximately 9km (06miles) south of Pruszków and 200NaN0 south-west of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 73.4km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 10,362.
