Gmina Mszana is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Wodzisław County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Mszana, which lies approximately 6km (04miles) south-east of Wodzisław Śląski and 470NaN0 south-west of the regional capital Katowice. The gmina also contains the villages of Gogołowa and Połomia.

The gmina covers an area of 31km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 7,702.

Gmina Mszana is bordered by the towns of Jastrzębie-Zdrój and Wodzisław Śląski, and by the gminas of Godów, Marklowice and Świerklany.
