Gmina Mrozy is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Mińsk County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Mrozy, which lies approximately 17km (11miles) east of Mińsk Mazowiecki and 560NaN0 east of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 145.24km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 8,681 (8,785 in 2013).
