Gmina Michałów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Pińczów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Michałów, which lies approximately 7km (04miles) south-west of Pińczów and 450NaN0 south of the regional capital Kielce.

The gmina covers an area of 112.21km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,840.

The gmina contains parts of the protected areas called Kozubów Landscape Park and Nida Landscape Park.
