Gmina Manowo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Koszalin County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Manowo, which lies approximately 11km (07miles) south-east of Koszalin and 1380NaN0 north-east of the regional capital Szczecin.

The gmina covers an area of 188.57km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,322.
