Gmina Mściwojów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Jawor County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Mściwojów, which lies approximately 7km (04miles) east of Jawor and 55km (34miles) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The gmina covers an area of 71.83km2, and as of 2019, its total population is 4,065.
Gmina Mściwojów is bordered by the town of Jawor and the gminas of Dobromierz, Legnickie Pole, Męcinka, Paszowice, Strzegom, Udanin and Wądroże Wielkie.
The gmina contains the villages of Barycz, Drzymałowice, Godziszowa, Grzegorzów, Luboradz, Marcinowice, Mściwojów, Niedaszów, Siekierzyce, Snowidza, Targoszyn and Zimnik.
