Gmina Lubrza (German: Liebenau (Neumark)) is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Świebodzin County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the village of Lubrza, which lies approximately 9km (06miles) north-west of Świebodzin, 410NaN0 north of Zielona Góra, and 500NaN0 south of Gorzów Wielkopolski.

Gmina Lubrza covers an area of 122.28km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 3,534.
