Gmina Lelis is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ostrołęka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Lelis, which lies approximately 13km (08miles) north of Ostrołęka and 1140NaN0 north of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 197km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 8,364 (8,930 in 2011).
